Silverburn Campsite and the wider Park is intended as a place for guests & the local community alike to relax and enjoy nature. To avoid over-crowding and noise each booking can have a maximum of 2 guests to visit during the day. All non-campsite residents should leave by 10pm.

No. We're not a holiday park, our aim is to provide a space where you can enjoy the view and nature at its best. Occasionally we have events based in the park and will advertise these through our website and social media pages.
We are working towards making the campsite fully accessible. We have one wheelchair-accessible pod, Broc, and our toilet and shower block has a wheelchair-accessible unit plus a wheelchair-friendly ramp. There is no vehicular access within the campsite perimeter, but we do have one disabled parking space just next to the main campsite gate, around 20m from the wheelchair-friendly pod. We are still working on making the main campsite path wheelchair-friendly so please bear with us while we get this done. Please contact us if you require any additional information - 01333 422418.
Campervans and tent campers are welcome to turn up after 5pm and see if we have any availability - we display this each evening from 5pm on the front door of reception at Cottage No 3 in the park – but obviously there are no guarantees! If you do take a pitch, please make payment in the morning at reception. Our eco-pods must be booked in advance.
I'm afraid there is no vehicle access on to the campsite itself. We do however have a dedicated tent parking area just next to the tent pitches. Guests in pods are asked to unload at the designated drop off point and then return their vehicle to the main car park.
